Black Sun

TestFor RSO Berlin, PALAM created “Black Sun Ritual”, an AI-driven visual piece that translates the mysticism of voodoo into a digital rite of transformation. The film unfolds in stark monochrome — a feverish landscape where smoke, bone, and spirit merge with code. Figures flicker between flesh and data; masks breathe, and light becomes a vessel for possession.
The work moves like invocation, pulsing, dissolving, and reborn, a rhythm between the mechanical and the sacred. Each image carries the weight of ritual: technology as trance, electricity as spirit, motion as offering. “Black Sun Ritual” explores the moment where machine intelligence touches something ancient, when digital creation becomes communion, and the screen itself begins to remember.
