Original Black

Introducing “The Original Black” – a coffee capsule machine that exudes timeless elegance with its classic design. In collaboration with Sjöstrand, PALAM emphasises the product’s precision, dedication to functionality in two engaging 3D animations. The “Teaser” shows the metamorphosis of Sjöstrand’s signature product from its initial silver state to a striking black finish. Our concept is brought to life by immersing the capsule machine in a pool of mysterious black liquid. The second film focuses on “The Original Black” itself. We took a detailed approach, using close-ups and animation to invite the viewers on a visual exploration of the coffee machine’s remarkable features. This two-part approach allowed us to gradually build anticipation before fully revealing the product’s exceptional features.
