Rebis

REBIS is our first visual examination of beauty products in the form of a photographic series.
The project is a mix of photographed objects and digital backgrounds created in cooperation with Nicolas König. The title REBIS is a direct reference to alchemy and primordial matter. Informed by this philosophical term, a series was created that explores the theme of material in relation to the digital surface and puts well-known beauty products into a causality.
